Introducing the Willow Key Signature Design Process, a seamless and personalized journey designed to bring your vision to life with grace and precision. Our process is carefully crafted to ensure that every detail reflects your unique style, creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
The Willow Key Walkthrough | $225
Your design journey starts with a personalized walkthrough of your space, where a Willow Key designer will visit your home to understand your needs, preferences, and the unique potential of each room. This visit allows us to grasp your vision and pinpoint the essential elements that will personalize your space. During the walkthrough, we'll provide design tips, offer ideas, and follow up with specific recommendations. We're also eager to review any inspirational images you've collected!
For new construction homes, your initial consultation will take place at our design studio, where we'll review your floor plans and design inspirations. To tailor our services to your needs, we invite you to fill out our New Construction package proposal form.
For larger projects, we offer a complimentary 15-minute Zoom meet-and-greet before scheduling your initial consultation, ensuring we start off on the right foot.
Custom Design Proposal
Following the walkthrough, we’ll send your customized design notes and recommendations as well as a design package proposal for your project tailored specifically to your design needs and budget. Flexibility is key & we are here to meet your needs for your particular project!
Signature Selections Meetings
After you approve your customized design package, we'll schedule our first Selections Meeting. In these consultations, we'll present carefully curated selections tailored to match your personal style and budget, ensuring each choice enhances the overall design. This collaborative process values your input highly, as it is crucial to ensuring the final design aligns seamlessly with your vision.
Creation of Project Spec sheets & Design Picture Portfolio
Your design picture portfolio outlines our creative vision; including layouts, drawings, and material selection sheets. Once this is approved, we move forward with finalizing your project spec sheets to share with your contractor and if applicable custom renderings of your spaces. It’s the blueprint for bringing your dream space to life. A final selection presentation can be scheduled when time allows.
Project Progression
Throughout your project, we’re here to answer any questions you or your contractors may have, ensuring a smooth process every step of the way. We’ll regularly check in and guide you through the design process. If furnishings or window treatments are ordered, we’ll keep you updated on delivery timelines and schedule setups as soon as we receive them. Please note that professional room styling by our team is optional. If it’s not included in your design package, we’re happy to price it out and add it for you.
Final Reveal
Once the design is complete, we’ll set up a visit in your new space to do a one-on-one walkthrough! This is where you’ll see your vision fully realized—a home that is both stunning and uniquely yours.
